Sagar Institute of Pharmacy and Technology (SIPTec) came into existence in the year 2008 with a vision to impart quality education in the field of Pharmacy. It is now one of the top pharmacy colleges in Bhopal MP offering B.Pharma and M.Pharma courses in the discipline of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. The pharmacy colleges stand atop the leader board with its innovative process of teaching, training & evaluation in sync with the latest trends of the pharmaceutical industry.

SIPTec is committed to the education of students who, upon graduation, can meet the public need for safe and effective pharmaceutical care. Students and faculty generate and disseminate knowledge, contributing to the education and continual professional growth of pharmacists, educators, scientists, and other healthcare professionals.

The pharmacy college not only focuses on the standard university curriculum but also implements programs to develop the skills of students so that they can apply them to real world problems, thus fast-tracking their careers. The characteristics of quality instruction, basic & applied research and extensive knowledge of pharmacy practices contribute to making SIPTec’s curriculum gratifying and fulfilling with great advantage to the students. SIPTec as an initiative of free medicinal knowledge has created “Know Your Medicine”, an online platform where users can enquire about the medicine they intake and all possible effects associated with it. The platform also provides information about the ingredients of the medicines with proper dissection of each ingredient. Users can send in images of the said medicine also to get accurate information. The online platform is duly managed and coordinated by experienced medical practitioners and faculties of SIPTec. Affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), SIPTec offers pharmacy courses at both undergraduate (B.Pharm) and postgraduate (M.Pharm) level.
