Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec celebrated International Yoga Day with the Isha Foundation. The event brought joy and serenity as participants embraced the transformative power of yoga. Guided by Isha Yoga instructors, students and faculty immersed themselves in various yoga asanas and pranayama techniques, experiencing physical invigoration and mental rejuvenation.

The event left a lasting impact on the campus, fostering a culture of wellness and mindfulness. Grateful for the opportunity, participants were inspired to keep the spirit of yoga alive beyond just Yoga Day, cherishing the memories and benefits of the practice every day.
