"VIMARSH", the 5-day long meet of industry leaders was inaugurated at Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad with great enthusiasm. We witnessed the presence of esteemed personalities such as the CEO of Sagar Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Kapil K. Agrawal, the Owner of Lord Electric Co. Mr. Sanjeev Bisht, and Executive Council Member, ISTE, New Delhi Dr. Mukesh K. Mishra.

The Industry Institute Partnership Cell organized the event to give the students an opportunity to interact with experts from the industry such as Er. Rajendra Singh Meena, Charter Electrical Safety Electrical Engineer and Managing Director at Prabhu Electricals, Mr. Saurabh Mishra, Associate Vice President - Data Analytics & Engineering at Lumenore, Mr. Shailendra Singh Thakur, Director at Weldynamics, Mr. Shambhudhar Dwivedi, HSI Core Manager MP & CG at Reliance Jio and Mr. Abhishek Goswami, Managing Director, Operation at AbhiOshi Engineering.

They shared their life experiences and gave insights into the challenges and opportunities in the industry. The eternal mantra that came out of the event, "The Institute gives Knowledge, while the Industry gives Experience" made the students realize the importance of such an event. The guests also imparted advice on how the students can prepare themselves to enter the industry.
