The Corporate Training Team at Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad organized "Sagar Manthan 2K22" for the students of the B.Tech 2024 passing out batch. Sagar Manthan is a 360° Placement Oriented Training Program with a major focus on Aptitude, Life Skills, Communication Skills, and preparatory sessions for Group Discussions, Technical Interviews, and Personal Interviews.

Various sessions such as ReLive the Verbal Sessions, UpSkill your Numerical Aptitude, Hustle UP - Compete with Friends, Know the HISTORY - Placement Season Highlights were conducted in line with Fun Activities, Quizzes, and Tests. Eminent Guest Ms. Manisha Anand along with SISTec Corporate Training Team rendered extremely productive sessions with a great deal of learning. Upon conclusion of the program, prizes were awarded to the students excelling in the various activities organized during the training program.
