Expert Session on Financial Awareness & Consumer Training

School of Management Studies - SISTec MBA organized a session on “Financial Awareness & Consumer Training” under the umbrella of Knowledge Series flagship programme. The resource person was Ms. Shruti Gupta, SEBI, NISM, PFRDA Empanelled Financial Education Trainer.

The programme included teaching the kids about common financial terms like bonds, mutual funds, SIPs, etc. Throughout the workshop, various investment options for the kids were investigated, the idea of trading and the stock market was discussed. Additionally, the online frauds utilising credit cards, ATMs, etc. were brought to light. The audience was pleased with the speaker's responses to all pertinent queries during the Q&A period.
