National Seminar on Impact of COVID-19

Sagar Group of Institutions-SIPTec in sponsorship with MPCST Bhopal, successfully organized a one-day National Seminar on "Impact of COVID-19 on mental health among healthcare professionals". The Keynote speaker for the seminar was (Professor, Dept. of Pharmaceutical Science, Dr.H.S.Gour University, Sagar) Dr. Sushil Kumar kashaw and ((Associate Professor, Chirayu Medical College & Hospital) Dr. Rajesh Dasaraju, MBBS, MD.

During the session, Mr. Sushil explained the impact of COVID on mental health and quality of life, wherein he gave students examples of his own life incidents which he faced during the pandemic. With this, Mr. Rajesh explained to the students how this pandemic situation affected the lives and mental health of healthcare professionals. The session was an eye-opener for all, showcasing the actual reality that affected the lives of people during a pandemic. Along with this, a poster presentation competition was also organized, wherein students from different pharmacy colleges participated.

At last, the event ended up with the prize distribution and vote of thanks.
