The Department of Mechanical Engineering (IIIE Student Chapter) at SISTec-R, Bhopal successfully organized an expert session on "The Secret of Effective Communication." 
We were deeply honored to have Air Vice Marshal Dr. Pramod Shrivastava (Retd.) as our guest speaker. Drawing from his incredible experience in the Indian Air Force, he shared valuable insights on leadership, confidence, and how powerful communication can shape a successful engineering career.
