Expert Session on Individual & Team Work

Event : Expert Lecture

SISTec Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized an expert session on "Individual & Team Work". The key speaker for the session was Ms. Alisha Hashmi, Asst. Professor - SISTec MBA.

The session started with the questionnaire with the students on what individual and team work is. Ms. Alisha explained students about about how corporations use both individual and teamwork. She also gave brief explanation of the benefits and drawbacks of working individually and in teams, as well as how doing so might advance one's professional and personal development.

The session was highly intriguing since it gave students real-world experience with both individual and teamwork.
