The Industry & Institute Partnership Cell (IIPC) of Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad and Bosch India Foundation, jointly organized a two-day Bosch BRIDGE Residential Trainers' Training Program (TTP) on 14th & 15th September 2024. The program's primary objective was to enhance trainers' skills and expertise through sessions led by distinguished professionals. A total of 80 trainers from various states across India participated in this intensive training initiative.
The program was inaugurated in the presence of Director-Development SISTec Ms. Aditi Lunawat, Principal SISTec Ratibad Dr. Manish Billore, and Head-IIPC Dr. Abhishek Choubey with insightful sessions by Mr. Ashish Jain, Senior Manager at Bosch India, Bangalore, and Dr. Pallavi Kapooria, an experienced Bosch Trainer. Both experts shared invaluable insights into the latest tools and strategies in training methodologies, offering a comprehensive view of advanced training techniques. The interactive presentations and hands-on activities enriched the participants' understanding, equipping them with practical tools to enhance their capabilities as trainers.
Complementing these sessions were enlightening presentations by Mr. Shivesh Mishra and Mr. C. S. Pandey from Bosch India, who elaborated on Bosch’s various initiatives aimed at skill development. Their discussions emphasized Bosch's role in empowering students and contributing to societal advancement through education and training.
The two-day program fostered collaboration and knowledge sharing, leaving the participants inspired and well-equipped with innovative strategies for advancing their training practices. The success of this event underscores the commitment of both SISTec Ratibad and Bosch India to advancing education and industry-academia partnerships, contributing to holistic development and societal progress.
