Art of Living Session at SISTec Ratibad

The Dept. of Basic Science (First Year Cell) at Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad hosted the Art of Living YES! + Course for their first-year engineering students as a part of their holistic development.

This training was led by Ms. Himanshi Gupta and her team. Yoga, Meditation, Lectures, Exercises, and the Sudarsha Kriya - A breathing technique, were all included in this training.

Students that took this course were inspired in various ways and were able to learn the value of yoga and meditation. The students had been taught a variety of life lessons, including how to respect their parents, make objectives for themselves, live in the moment, and avoid conforming to the opinions of others.
